Wedding shower games are a great tradition for all weddings. There are hundreds of different wedding shower games you can play. Each of these wedding shower games is designed to be fun and provide laughter and entertainment for everyone at the wedding shower.
Trivia makes great wedding shower games. You can write down questions about the groom and bride and ask the guests to guess such things as how they met, when they first kissed, and just about anything else you can imagine. You can give prizes away to the people that get the most questions right. These types of games can be a lot of fun, and they are very easy to make. If you are going to ask questions that could be embarrassing, you should show them to the bride or groom first to make sure they don't get too embarrassed.
Wedding shower games can include forms of guessing games as well. You could fill a jar with a number of peanuts and have people guess how many are in it. When someone gets the proper number, they can be awarded a prize. You can do this with a multitude of different items, and you could fill jars with just about anything. A popular variation on this game is to fill a jar with candy and give the jar full of candy to whoever guesses the right number of candy pieces in the jar.
Gift circles are great wedding shower games. You should wrap up a number of gifts (a few nice gifts and a few joke gifts) in different boxes and wrapping papers. You then place them all in the middle of the floor. Have your guests form a circle around them. From here, you start with the bride rolling dice. If she rolls doubles, she gets to pick a gift. When she is done, pass the dice to the left. If that person rolls doubles, then they get to take a gift. When all gifts are taken, the person rolling doubles can take a gift from another person. After a pre-determined amount of time, the game is over and everyone gets to open the gifts they have!
Wedding shower games are supposed to be fun and make people laugh. You can come up with any number of creative wedding shower games if you give it a little thought!
